Return, Refund: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, if defective. Buyer covers return postage. Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

But if it's been at me for a month and outside for a month, and it's still lying outside, I'm just gonna throw it away. No refunds, no compensation of any sorts.
