How the Deals work.

When you find a deal that interests you, simply add your name to the list of buyers who want the product or event. You have the option to remove your name without being charged for the product before the target number of sales is reached. You don’t need to give a reason for changing your mind. Generally this should be no additional fees but if there are any other fees you will be informed prior to you committing, Please inform us if the fees are unreasonable so that we can take the necessary action. However, once the required participant count/sales is achieved, the deal becomes active and payments are collected from all buyers. At this stage, opting out of the deal is no longer possible. Once the money has been collected it will be given to the Broker as described in the advert, please ensure you understand the deal you are agreeing to. As per the advert it will be either as soon as possible or once the deals has been fulfilled. We hope this clears up the process and we're excited to offer you these amazing deals! 1. Welcome to www.sumo.market, an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers for the purchase and sale of various goods and services. www.sumo.market is owned and operated by Bunches LLC. By accessing, registering, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services Bunches allows users to buy and sell a wide range of goods and services, including consumables, cars, bicycles, clothes, toiletries, group deals on holidays and activities, among others. Bunches primarily facilitates introductions between buyers and sellers, and provides a platform for transactions for a fee.

3. Prohibited Items and Services Users are responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale and purchase of goods and services in the relevant jurisdictions. Users must not engage in transactions involving prohibited items or services or violate any anti-money laundering regulations.

4. www.sumo.market facilitates payments between buyers and sellers using external payment processing companies. Bunches charges $1 as well as a percentage of the transaction fee (initially 1%) on the total amount of each transaction or sale whichever is the greatest. This is in addition to any other fees outlined during the checkout process and applicable banking fees. Fees are paid by the buyer.

5. Shipping and Logistics Shipping and logistics for the goods sold on www.sumo.market are the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller involved in the transaction with the advert defining the terms of the deal between the buyer and the seller

6. www.sumo.market may, at its sole discretion, offer dispute resolution or mediation services in case of conflicts between buyers and sellers. Bunches is under no obligation to mediate or arbitrate disputes but may do so at its discretion. Users agree not to take legal action against Bunches as a result of any decisions or actions taken during the dispute resolution process. However, we will endeavor to fulfill and encourage our ethos and principles which may include removing users from the website.

7. User-Generated Content - www.sumo.market may include user-generated content features, such as product reviews, forums, or other community features. Bunches reserves the right to remove any user-generated content without providing any reason. Users are responsible for the content they post and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability www.sumo.market and its parent company, Bunches LLC, shall not be held liable for any issues or disputes that may arise between buyers and sellers, or any damages or losses resulting from the use of the platform. Users agree to indemnify and hold www.sumo.market and Bunches LLC harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from their use of the services.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where Bunches LLC is incorporated. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country for any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of www.sumo.market services.

    

10. Modifications to Terms and Conditions Bunches reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any changes.

User Behaviour Guidelines ("Guidelines") apply to all users ("Users"), including Buyers and Sellers, of the www.Sumo.market online marketplace platform. By using the platform, Users agree to adhere to these Guidelines, which are designed to foster a sense of community, trust, and respect among users while allowing for free speech without promoting intentional offense or antagonizing behavior.

1. Communication Users should maintain professional and respectful communication with one another at all times. Personal attacks, bullying, hate speech, or intentionally provocative language are not permitted.

2. Listings and Descriptions Sellers must ensure that all product or service listings are accurate, representative of the deal, and not intentionally vague or deceiving. Important and relevant information must be clear and obvious to Buyers. The platform reserves the right to remove or edit listings that do not meet these standards.

3. Leaving Reviews Buyers must ensure that all reviews posted on the platform are truthful and based on first-hand experience with the product or service. Reviews should be free from irrelevant personal experiences or opinions and must not contain offensive or inappropriate content.

4. Participating in Forums and Community Features Users are encouraged to participate in forums and community features, provided they do so in a respectful and constructive manner. Hate speech, bullying, intentionally provoking arguments, or engaging in any activities that disrupt the community or create a hostile environment are not allowed.

5. Reporting Inappropriate Content or Behaviour Users can report any content or behavior they believe violates these Guidelines, including but not limited to offensive, illegal, or false statements. Bunches reserves the right to review and take appropriate action in response to such reports.

6. Handling Customer Complaints and Refund Requests Buyer complaints or refund requests are to be directed to the Sellers. All banking, commission, and profits are to be paid for by the Buyer unless determined otherwise by the platform, subject to the relevant laws. This applies to all deals and sales.

7. Respect and Courtesy Users should treat each other with respect and courtesy at all times. Disagreements should be handled professionally and without resorting to personal attacks or offensive language.

8. Revisions to the Guidelines Bunches reserves the right to revise these Guidelines at any time. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the Guidelines to stay informed of any changes.

9. Consequences for Violations Violations of these Guidelines may result in actions taken by Bunches, including but not limited to freezing, pausing, or deleting accounts, and redistributing funds, without justification. By using the platform, Users agree to abide by these Guidelines and accept the consequences for any violations.

10. Exchanging or sharing information to bypass www.sumo.market systems is not acceptable and can result in membership being revoked as well as www.sumo.market persuading potential or realized losses or damages.

How the Deals work.

Brokers post adverts for Deals which includes the terms on the deal in its entirety. If any terms of the deal contradict www.Sumo.market terms and conditions or contracts with Sumo.market, which conditions are followed will be up to www.Sumo.market

The buyers are to make themselves aware of the terms and contractual conditions and clarify any ambiguities, doubts or issues which they consider relevant before putting their name down to potentially buy the product. Putting your name down to a deal is you accepting all the terms and conditions, the contract and obligations of the website as well as the deal.

Potential buyers put their names down to express interest in a deal, at this point you won't be charged for the deal. At most you will be charged a nominal fee to check your bank card details and banking changes. This will vary depending on on things such as the bank you use and the country and currency. If not certain do ensure the Broker clarifies things.

Once the required number of sales is achieved, the deal becomes active and payments are collected from all buyers. At this stage, opting out of the deal is no longer possible. The money is then either sent to the Broker as stated in the advert, either:

1. as soon as possible. This his is for when buyers trust the broker as there is more risk for the buyers. Brokers can then use with money to help fulfill the Deal

2. or once the Deal has been fulfilled. This takes substantial risk from the buyers as the Broker needs to fund the Deal themselves.

The Broker is then to fulfill the deal as described in the advert. During this time all the Buyers and Broker can communicate on the deal’s forum. This will, amongst other things, help aid transparency.

The Brokers and Buyers can all rate each other. Please note the ratings are 100% positive by default. Please amend your rating as you feel appropriate. Ratings and comments are to be factual and to be informative to other members. The extent to which your ratings are influential is affected by your rating history.

NOTE: Buyers are required take is upon themselves to assess their risks as appropriate to themselves before putting their name down to potentially buy anything. Factors to consider:

• Brokers rating

• Total number of Deals the Broker has fulfilled

• The value to the Deals the Broker has Fulfilled – Larger deals have higher risk

• The terms of the Deal as described and defined by the Broker

• Number of current Deals the Broker has listed – More deals can mean higher risk

• The information the Broker has made public. More information typically means more transparency.

   

www.sumo.market primary service is to introduce buyers to Brokers, we charge up to $1 and 1% of the transaction cost, during the promotional phases, with the standard fee being 5% of the sales price. This is subject to change, however, we will aim to keep this as low are possible for as long as possible. The buyers pay these fees.

A Deal is considered fulfilled (Broker is entitled to be paid) when either:

• A buyer confirms a deal has been fulfilled

• the buyer has received the goods or service as could be reasonably be expected based on the advert of the deal.

• The terms of the Deal have been met

• A buyer have has confirmed or denied the deal as being completed 3 weeks after the Broker has declared it as completed

• A dispute mechanism has been successfully completed
