Return, Refund: Returns are accepted within 14 days only if the product is defective or damaged when received. No change-of-mind returns. Please retain the original packaging. If you collected your purifier, you'll need to return it to the collection address. Refunds are processed after inspection.

Warranty Terms: Covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty against defects. Excludes accidental damage, misuse and normal wear and tear.

Additional Info: This is a group buy for 60 air purifiers. Once all 60 have been bought, the deal is triggered and I'll place the order. It typically takes about six weeks for the air purifiers to arrive in Dubai. Collection: If you haven't chosen delivery, you're welcome to collect your air purifier from my home in DAMAC Hills 2. We just need to arrange a convenient time. You have one month from when the deal is triggered to collect your air purifier. After that, I'm happy to keep it for another month, but I'll leave it outside by my front door, where it will be at your own risk. If you haven't collected your air purifier within two months of the deal being triggered, you'll forfeit it without a refund. I understand these terms might seem a bit harsh, but this isn't the usual way of shopping. Keeping costs down, including storage and handling, is part of how I can offer such good prices. I hope you understand! Questions or comments? There's an open discussion forum below specifically for this deal. You're welcome to ask me anything, discuss the product or chat with other buyers. Everyone can see the questions, answers and updates, which helps keep everything open and transparent.
